The amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during the transaction. Please note that certain fees may be non-refundable depending on the service terms agreed upon. Project Not Started: If work has not commenced and the cancellation is requested within 3 business days of payment.
Failure to Deliver: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services or milestones beyond a 30-day window without justified reason.
Duplicate Payment: In cases where a duplicate payment is made by mistake.
Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and must be backed by clear documentation or communication.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
We do not issue refunds under the following circumstances:
Change of mind after the project has started
Delays due to client-side inaction or lack of communication
Work already delivered or partially approved
Third-party service issues not under our control (hosting, domain, APIs, etc.)
Services delivered under a fixed-cost or milestone-based agreement
